Originally from a small town in northeast Connecticut and born in Hawaii, Cali Swank brings over six years of experience at College Town Communities to her role as Community Manager at Campus Heights and Schoolhouse Lofts. After starting as an Assistant Community Manager, Cali was promoted to Property Manager in 2018, showcasing her dedication and expertise.

Cali’s favorite part of her job is move-in day, when she gets to see the excitement of both new and returning students. After a busy day, she enjoys relaxing on her deck, surrounded by woods, with a fire burning. Cali is also the proud owner of an English bulldog named Lucille, who is full of energy. Guided by the advice, “Take your time and do it right the first time,” Cali brings passion and precision to everything she does.

Hannah Feuer is a Community Manager at Campus Heights, originally from Annapolis, MD. Hannah brings a unique blend of health science background and student housing expertise to our team.

Hannah studied Kinesiology in college and gained over three years of experience in physical therapy. She also worked with College Town Communities for a year in Newark, Delaware during undergrad. What she loves most about working here is the team’s genuine commitment to making sure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Driven by a desire to learn and tackle complex problems, Hannah lives by the advice "Don't panic, adjust." Off the clock, she stays active at the gym, bakes new recipes, and practices Italian. A lifelong animal lover, she has also played the violin for over 12 years and rarely misses a good concert!

Jeff Singer is a seasoned Maintenance Technician at Campus Heights and Schoolhouse Lofts. A native of Harrisburg, PA, Jeff began his career at the age of 20, with a background in electricity, apartment, and motel maintenance. With 40 years of experience, he has become a true "jack of all trades" in the field.

Jeff enjoys living in a log cabin he built with his wife and spends his free time deer and turkey hunting. He is also proud of having learned to use a computer, which has broadened his skill set over the years.

Known for his versatility and wealth of knowledge, Jeff is driven by the satisfaction of solving complex maintenance challenges and continuously expanding his expertise.

Originally from Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, Mike Wilkins brings over a decade of experience in property cleaning to his role as Maintenance Technician at Campus Heights and Schoolhouse Lofts. Known for his dedication and expertise, Mike takes pride in tackling tough stains that no one else can remove, using his own trade secrets.

Mike enjoys the collaborative atmosphere at College Town Communities and values the opportunity to assist maintenance technicians, learning new skills along the way. In his free time, he loves hunting and fishing, appreciating the serenity of nature and the connection to natural food sources. With a strong work ethic and a supportive team, Mike looks forward to a long and fulfilling career with CTC.

Talan Uselton is a Maintenance Technician at Campus Heights and Schoolhouse Lofts. Originally from Middletown, PA, Talan brings 7 years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping to his role. Although he is new to maintenance, his passion for hands-on work and problem-solving makes him a great fit for the team.

Talan enjoys relieving stress by working on his truck and is always eager to learn new skills, especially in servicing commercial appliances and fixing various equipment. Outside of work, he loves hardscaping and concrete work.

When asked what inspires him, Talan says it's the opportunity to continuously learn and expand his skill set. His ideal goal is to always be able to fix more things and tackle new challenges.

Jorge is from Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and has been working since he was 13. From landscaping and snow shoveling to scooping ice cream and serving at Chick-fil-A, his experiences reflect adaptability and a strong work ethic. Now part of the College Town Communities team, he values the opportunities and growth the role provides.

Outside of work, Jorge enjoys basketball and drawing. He’s inspired by financial stability and self-growth, with dreams of learning stunt driving and sharpening his cooking skills. He lives by the quote, “If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than who you are,” and strives to stay present.

Described as busy, aloof, and a renegade, Jorge brings humor and energy to his team. Fun fact: he was once clinically dead for a minute and came back stronger.

Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Julia recently moved back to the area and is continuing her studies in Business Management and Human Capital Management. Julia had developed a strong interest in how organizations operate, lead, and grow. Over the past four and a half years, Julia worked in customer service at Dick’s Sporting Goods and Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, where she gained valuable experience communicating with customers, coworkers, and leadership, managing fast-paced environments, and supporting a positive service experience. Julia is excited to learn and help individuals grow within the Campus Heights Community!

Shane Glenn, a Community Assistant at Campus Heights, is an ambitious first-year Finance and Accounting student originally from Kempton, Pennsylvania. He is passionate about working at College Town Communities because they offer an engaging, face-to-face environment that allows him to avoid the confinement of a cubicle.

With a background that includes five years of professional landscaping and service as a volunteer firefighter, Shane brings a strong work ethic and a grounded perspective to everything he does. Described as tenacious, charismatic, and ambitious, he is deeply inspired by his faith, his family, and a personal drive to reach his goals. To maintain balance and relieve stress, Shane stays highly active through soccer, running, and trips to the gym. When he isn't studying or working, he enjoys visiting Outback Steakhouse.

Originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Roshina brings a wealth of customer service experience to the Campus Heights team, having worked in everything from food service and retail to call centers and logistics since the age of 14.

At College Town Communities, Roshina loves being a friendly, familiar face at the front desk. She takes pride in remembering residents' faces to help build a warm, welcoming, and comfortable neighborhood vibe. Guided by her dad's profound advice—"Don't lose your dignity in the process of being loved".

When she isn't at the desk or with cat Joono, she's likely craving her favorite meal from Bamboo Pho and Tea: meatball and brisket pho with all the fixings, paired with a honeydew boba. Known for her loving, energetic, and funny personality, Roshina is always ready to brighten a resident's day.
